This California Employee Privacy Notice ("Notice") is intended to provide California Persons with the required CCPA notice.
Pursuant to the CCPA: We are required to provide California Residents who are employees or applicants for employment with a description of our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of the Personal Information we collect and your rights regarding the information. For the purposes of this notice only, the terms "C2," "we," or "us" also refer to your co-employer or employing company.
As part of your employment relationship: We collect, receive, maintain, and share with various service providers elements of Personal Information.
